Send a messageExplore the planned careWHAT YOUR CARE CAN LOOK LIKE
Duval DPC is being built around the primary care families use most, with room for a conversation and hands-on treatment when appropriate.
Sick visits, minor injuries, medication questions, and a plan for what to do next.
Wellness visits, screening guidance, sports physicals, and care through different stages of life.
Follow-up for diabetes, blood pressure, and other long-term concerns, with time to review how you’re doing.
Planned services include skin biopsies, appropriate lesion removal, cryotherapy, wound care, and stitches.
Evaluation of joint pain and appropriate office injections, including knee injections.
Visits in English or Spanish, clear explanations, and help coordinating the next step when specialty care is needed.
These are planned services. Availability, what membership covers, and any separate supply, laboratory, or pathology costs will be explained before enrollment.
A NOTE FROM SPENCER
I’m Spencer Smith, PA-C. I’m building Duval DPC for the families and neighbors who want someone to listen, explain, and help solve the problem in front of them. That means more time together, direct communication, useful office procedures, and care in English or Spanish.
My launch goal is 100 founding patients ready to join. When we reach that milestone, I plan to transition from my full-time job and open the practice. Joining the waitlist is free; no membership payments are being collected yet.

MEET YOUR CLINICIAN
Spencer has practiced family medicine in the United States and New Zealand. He enjoys the parts of primary care that happen face to face: listening closely, making a plan together, and doing hands-on work when an office procedure is the right next step.
Se habla español. Visits are planned in English and Spanish.
